My personal training sessions are designed to give you one-on-one support to begin your journey or focus on a more personalised goal.”

  • 45min group fitness classes with personal trainer Cate Rainbow. With a maximum of 14 people per class (most classes are 5-8 people per class) you can enjoy personalised support. You’ll be training with like-minded locals, typically between the ages of 35-55 but we do have some superwoman who are older. Each exercise can be tailored to suit the individual so don’t worry if you have restrictions or injuries, I’ll give you options.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

$85/hr for one person or book 3 pre-paid personal training sessions for the SPECIAL PRICE: $240.00

SHARE A PT : Two people for $95 per session

Extra $25 pp for additional attendants.

Book a personal training session (one-on-one) to get a more personalised fitness, mobility, balance and strength program. Share a PT is a two-on-one option if you’d like to bring a friend and have a private session. I will track both your progress and build a program to suit.

On your first session I will document your fitness goals and perform some simple tests to see where your strength and balance is at. I can then tailor a fitness program for you with a science-driven approach which will see you efficiently reaching your goals in a truly personalised way.

I will continue to map your improvements as you progress and continue to offer challenges to advance your fitness, mobility and strength. We will work on sculpting the body you desire while working within your limitations and preferences. Adjustments will be made to your training as your program progresses in order to continue to see changes and improvements.

PERSONAL nutrition coaching

$89.00 for a 6-week course of coaching.
